SLEEPY’S WARRANTY INFORMATION

Sleepy’s is committed to ensuring that you rest easy on your new mattress or bedding product; but, sometimes, the best mattress products can fail or show early signs of age. When things go wrong, Sleepy’s is here to walk you through the warranty process. But before we put your warranty worries to bed, it’s important to note that your product’s manufacturer is responsible for your mattress warranty, not Sleepy’s. While our mattress warranty specialists are experts at facilitating the claims process, the manufacturer will process it and determine if and how you will be reimbursed. STEP ONE: WHAT DOES MY MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY COVER?

Each brand’s warranty coverage is different, but you can find all warranty claim specifics on your manufacturer’s warranty card. Typically, your mattress warranty will cover issues related to manufacturing along with the cost of replacing defective piece(s). They do not apply to normal wear and tear or mattress damage that results from use. Service and transportation costs associated with the warranty process are also excluded from coverage.

STEP TWO: WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM?

As we mentioned earlier, each brand has a different way of approaching warranty claims. Tempur-pedic®, Sealy, Stearns & Foster, Sleep Number® (Select Comfort), Sleep to Live (Kingsdown), Protect-A-Bed®, Leggett & Platt, Customatic, Enso, Mantua or Pragma handle claims for their mattresses and bedding products from start to finish, so you will need to contact them directly. Once we receive your information, we will review the submission and try to determine if your issue falls under the mattress warranty coverage. Expect to hear back from us within two business days. If your request is submitted on Saturday or Sunday, you can expect a response by close-of-business the following business day, on Monday.

FILE CLAIM

Sometimes the information provided in a warranty submission is inconclusive, in which case, we will provide the option to have a third-party inspector come to your home and check out the faulty product at your convenience. We want to make sure the process leaves you with no complaints and is as smooth as possible.

STEP THREE: SIT BACK AND RELAX!

Once your warranty claim is submitted, your work is done! Sleepy’s will review your information and you should receive our findings via an email or letter in the mail. If the issue falls within warranty coverage, the manufacturer will replace the mattress or product or offer a comparable substitution. If further details are needed to process your claim, we will be in touch with you directly using the contact information you provided in your submission.
