SLEEPY'S WARRANTY INFORMATION

Sometimes, even the highest quality products may fail, show early signs of wear, or have a manufacturing defect. At Sleepy's, we stand by our commitment to help you get your best night's sleep. If something goes wrong with a product you purchased from us, we're here to help guide you through the warranty process. It’s important to know that your mattress warranty is covered by the manufacturer, not by Sleepy's, and the process may differ depending on the product type and brand. Because we’re in the business of giving you peace of mind, we’ve created a 3-step guide to help you through the process.

STEP ONE: WHAT’S COVERED BY MY MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY?

Warranties protect your purchase from defects in manufacturing, not from damage caused by use or normal wear and tear. You can find specific details on what is and isn’t covered on your manufacturer’s warranty card.

STEP TWO: HOW DO I FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

It’s important to know the brand of your product, because the manufacturer is solely responsible for warranty fulfillment. Sleepy's helps you by facilitating the warranty claim process, but we are ultimately bound to the requirements set forth by the manufacturer.

If your manufacturer is Tempur-pedic®, Sealy, Stearns & Foster, Sleep Number® (Select Comfort), Sleep to Live (Kingsdown), Protect-A-Bed®, Leggett & Platt, Customatic, Enso, Mantua or Pragma, you will need to contact their warranty center directly as they handle claims for their products from start to finish. You can reach them by calling the numbers listed below.

For all other brands, call the Sleepy's Warranty Claim Center at 1-866-942-3551, and a Sleepy's Warranty Support Specialist will guide you through the process.He/she will ask a few quick questions to ensure you qualify for warranty service. If so, a warranty claim will be filed immediately over the phone.

If you qualify for warranty service, the manufacturer requires an inspection to validate the defect(s). You will be offered one of the following options for a warranty inspection based on location:

  1. Self-Inspection ($24.95) – You will be mailed an inspection kit to be completed at your convenience.In most instances, you will receive the kit within 5-7 business days. Detailed instructions and materials are included with each kit. Typically, a self-inspection involves photographing each layer of your mattress set (mattress and/or box spring from the foundation) with a digital camera or cell phone.
  1. Vendor Inspection ($39.95) – You will receive a call for a service appointment where an inspector will visit your home. Appointment calls are typically received within 3-4 days of filing a claim. We recommend scheduling a vendor inspectionif you are unable to lift and separate each component of your bedding set (mattress and/or boxspring from the foundation) to take photos.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover any transportation and/or service costs associated with the warranty process. The warranty only covers replacement of the defective piece(s).

STEP THREE: SIT BACK AND RELAX!

Now that you have filed a warranty claim, all you have to do is sit back and relax while we review the details. Be on the lookout for an email or letter in the mail with the outcome. If your product is found to be defective, the manufacturer will either replace it or offer a comparable model. If additional details are needed, a Warranty Representative will reach out to you directly at the email address or phone number provided.
