1. Does Mattress Firm charge for shipping and delivery?

Yes, however free shipping is offered on select products.

2. What are my shipping options?

We have several different shipping options:

  • Curbside - We deliver items to your home.
  • White glove – We deliver AND set up items*. *Available for select items.
  • Red carpet –We deliver items within a 3-4 hour delivery window and set up items for you inside your home*. *Available for select items and may not apply to web specials.
3. Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the Continental USA.

4. Will Mattress Firm help setup my mattress and/or furniture?

Yes, our White Glove and Red Carpet shipping options include set up on select items.

5. Can I pick up my merchandise?

Yes, in select areas, pick up is available. Please contact your showroom at the phone number listed on your invoice. To locate your store, click here.

6. What happens if an item is damaged at time of delivery?

Please call us immediately at 1-866-942-3551 and send an image of your damaged item to estore@mattressfirm.com.

7. How much does Next Day Delivery cost?

The cost for Next Day Delivery is $79.99. Please note there must be a Mattress Firm store in your area for Next Day Delivery to occur. Please call 1-866-942-3551 or chat a Sleep Consultant for more information.

8. How do I check my order/delivery status?

You will receive a call the evening prior to your delivery confirming your 3 hour time window. In certain areas, you can also track your delivery by visiting www.mattressfirm.com/delivery-tracking.html on the day your delivery is scheduled.

In certain markets, you will be given an open time window of 7AM – 10PM. You will receive a confirmation call the evening prior to your delivery and the delivery team will contact you on the day of the delivery to provide you with an estimated time that they will be in your area.

9. I was given a delivery time frame of 2:00PM-5:00PM. Can you tell me when my driver will be here?

You will receive a call the evening prior to your delivery confirming your 3 hour time window. In certain areas, you can also track your delivery by visiting http://www.mattressfirm.com/delivery-tracking.html on the day your delivery is scheduled.

10. My mattress was delivered last week and it’s not comfortable. I want to exchange it for something else.

Our Sleep Happy Guarantee allows you to return or exchange your mattress any time between 30 and 120 days of the date of purchase. To begin this process, Please contact your showroom at the phone number listed on your invoice.
