When it comes to superior service, Sleepy’s delivers! While other companies will deliver your mattress to your curbside, Sleepy’s, for a flat rate of $69.99, promises fast, convenient, indoor, White Glove Delivery* for your online purchase. No matter what you include in your order, whether it is just a mattress or an additional futon or bed frame, your delivery fee is still $69.99.


	We will set up all merchandise quickly and efficiently with respect and care for your floors and furniture and we will take all packaging debris with us when we go.

Delivery Area

Our current delivery area includes the 48 contiguous U.S. states. If you live in CT, DC, DE, (So)FL, MA, MD, (NE)NC, (So)NH, NJ, (So)NY, (Ea)PA, RI, (No)VA ,(So)VT or the California Bay area, most items will be available for next day delivery. You will be able to schedule a date and a 4 hour time window for your delivery at the time of purchase. For some special order merchandise, delivery may take 2 to 3 weeks. If this should occur, you will receive a call when your order has arrived at our delivery agent. The delivery agent will set up a convenient delivery day and 4 hour time window. White Glove* delivery service is available, Mon-Wed & Fri-Sun during regular business hours. Sunday deliveries are not available in the California Bay Area. Sunday and Monday deliveries are not available in So FL. Limited evening hours are available.

If you live in the Los Angeles, Ca area, you will be offered a Preferred Delivery Day at the time of purchase. The 'Preferred Delivery Day' is based on the zip code of your order and an estimate of when our delivery team will be in your area. Actual delivery days may vary according to location. Our local delivery agent will call you to set up an exact delivery day and 4 hour time window. White Glove* delivery service is available, Mon-Fri between 9AM & 6PM.

If you live outside the above areas (in AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, So VA, WA, WI, WV, or WY), your order is estimated to be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, remote areas may take longer. You will receive a call when your order has arrived at our delivery agent, approximately 10 days after placing your order. The delivery agent will set up a convenient delivery day and 4 hour time window. White Glove* delivery service is available, Mon-Fri between 9AM & 6PM, to all addresses that are road accessible. Cancellations of orders in transit in these areas involve a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price of the merchandise, plus local delivery charge.

Please note: The Sleepy’s Comfort Assurance Program is only available in the following states: CT, DC, DE, (So)FL, MA, MD, (SW)ME, (NE)NC, (So)NH, NJ, NY Metro, (Ea)PA, RI, (No)VA, and (So)VT.

Some items are shipped via UPS. These items will arrive separately in approximately five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

*White Glove delivery service - your merchandise will be carefully brought into your home, unpacked and set up. This includes up to 2 flights of stairs. All packaging debris will be removed and discarded on your behalf. Someone must be home to accept delivery. Additional services and/or arrangements are subject to added fees.
