Sleepy's normally delivers to the following areas: in New York State: Nassau County, New York City (5 boroughs), Suffolk County, Westchester County, Rockland County, Putnam County, Dutchess County, Ulster County, Orange County, Sullivan County, and Green County. All of New Jersey. All of Connecticut. In Pennsylvania: the greater Philadelphia area, Montgomery County, Delaware County, Bucks County, the Chester area, Pocono Mountains area, Northampton area, Lehigh area, Berks area, Wayne area and the Pike area. Delaware: the Newcastle area. Massachusetts: the Hampton area. Sleepy's delivers to many other areas and new delivery areas are constantly being added. What is Sleepy's 21 Day Comfort Exchange Policy?
Sleepy's offers a 21 day comfort exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, you must contact customer service not later than the 21st day after the original delivery date. This means that if you call customer service on the 21st day after delivery, you must be available to reselect a mattress and schedule the exchange and delivery within the next 7 days.
Limit one comfort exchange per customer.
All comfort exchanges must be for mattresses or sets of equal or greater value. The customer is responsible for paying the difference between the regular everyday price of the new merchandise and the regular everyday price of the original merchandise plus all applicable exchange and delivery fees and taxes
The customer shall not pay more for the new merchandise than any current non – expired Sleepy’s advertised price for that item.
Exchanges on Stearns and Foster, Kingsdown BodyDiagnostic models and Sealy True Form cannot be made below the manufacturer's minimum advertised price.

Note: Law tags must be attached and merchandise must be clean, free of tears, burns and stains of any kind or we will be unable to honor a request for an exchange. Comfort Exchange policy applies to mattresses and excludes motorized beds, cots, special orders and clearance merchandise.

The Sleepy's credit card is owned and handled by GE Consumer Finance. To make a payment by phone or if you require assistance with any billing issues please contact GE at 1-800-333-1071. You can also make an online payment and obtain the most current information about your account from their website at www.GEONLINESERVICE.com
Your first statement will generally be received within 28-30 days after your delivery from Sleepys. If you have not received a bill in that time period please contact GE at 1-800-333-1071.
