Sleepy's currently offers internship opportunities to students during the summer months and throughout the school year. Internships are available to undergraduate students. Available internships vary each year, depending on our business needs.

Internships typically last 8 to 12 weeks during the summer months and vary in length for opportunities during the school year. Generally, internships at Sleepy's are paid unless arrangements are made by the intern to receive school credit in lieu of monetary compensation. The amount of compensation may vary and is based on position, qualifications and experience.

As an intern, you'll experience being a part of the leading mattress retailer in the country. You'll handle real responsibilities and accept challenges that will require you to work with senior management. You'll receive individual mentoring, and you'll be given the opportunity to produce results. Interns may be required to give a presentation demonstrating the results of their projects to fellow interns, management and executive management. Throughout the internship, you will participate in activities designed to educate you on our business and enrich your understanding of the business and passion of Sleepy's. Every intern will be provided valuable feedback on his/her performance upon completion of the internship program.
